Job Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable General Builder / Multi Trader to join the team. This is a hands-on varied role ideal for individuals who are confident working independently take pride in their craft and can deliver high-quality results across different trades.
You will be working on a range of projects across Surrey including occupied residential properties so professionalism strong communication skills and a tidy working approach are essential.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general building plumbing and multi-trade works to a high standard.
- Work independently taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed safely professionally and in line with client expectations.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment especially in occupied properties.
- Communicate effectively with clients colleagues and management.
- Travel to different sites within Surrey using your own van.
Requirements
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years plumbing experience and 5 years general building experience.
Qualifications: UTR (CIS registered).
Driving: Full UK driving licence and own van (cars/trucks not suitable).
Location: Must live in Surrey.
Skills & Qualities:
Ability to work on your own initiative.
Honest hardworking and punctual.
Good interpersonal skills and tidy appearance.
Pride in quality workmanship.

Employment Type: Full-time Self-Employed (UTR/CIS)
Pay Rate: 200.00 per day (less CIS tax)
Hours: Monday Friday 8-hour shifts
Start Date: Immediate
