About the role

  • Lead and coordinate haematology clinical trials managing patient care study resources and data collection in line with protocols and regulatory requirements.

  • Support patient recruitment assess eligibility provide trial education and ensure participants have a positive and informed research experience.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams investigators and external partners to ensure smooth trial conduct and high-quality research outcomes.

  • Participate in clinical trial establishment quality improvement activities monitoring visits and ethics/governance submissions to build professional expertise.

  • Collect and process clinical samples maintain accurate data records and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP Australian regulations and privacy laws.

About you

  • Tertiary qualification in a health discipline such as nursing allied health medicine or pharmacy with current professional registration where applicable.

  • Proven experience in clinical research or clinical trials including applying Good Clinical Practice research protocols and data management principles.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams and multiple care settings.

  • Proficiency in using electronic patient records databases and research management systems for accurate data collection and reporting.

  • Strong time and project management skills with experience prioritising workloads and coordinating multiple research activities in a complex clinical environment.
