Job Description
Under general direction of the Assistant Director of Airport Administration the Properties & Compliance Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of aviation facility projects and management of leased properties in the airport including leases associated with the main terminal building cargo facility aircraft ramps FBOs and private/corporate hangars. Employee will prepare contracts with vendors Rental Car Companies and Air Carriers and is responsible for preparing invitations to bid and requests for competitive proposals. Employee is also responsible for day-to-day management of the airports local state and federal compliance programs and will review and monitor the terms and conditions of all lease agreements contracts and grant assurances for adherence and compliance. Employee will monitor through research and performance measures the day-to-day administration and operations of the airport and establish trend analysis related to aeronautical revenue non-aeronautical revenue concession sales and passenger activities. Employee will assist in the daily facility project administration and in preparation and administration of the Department of Aviations annual budget.
