The Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) Divisionof Family & Children Services (DFCS) is seeking candidates for the position of Administrative Support 3 (Facilities Clerk). Individuals will be responsible for managing the mailroom and supplies. Individuals will assist with daily facilities management and assist with special projects within the region. Individuals will process postage of USPS mail and sort interoffice mail and USPS mail to deliver to appropriate sections. Individuals will also process supplies invoices deposits and receipts and checks received.This position is located in DeKalb County Georgia.

Under broad supervision performs a variety of general secretarial clerical and administrative support functions/processes or a few specialized or essential clerical functions in support of a unit or office and related personnel. May enter data and/or process documents and records. The work includes operating standard office equipment.
