- Leading and developing a talented team of restoration professionals.
- Overseeing all aspects of restoration projects from initial call to final walk-through.
- Responding quickly to new leads scoping jobs creating and reviewing estimates and winning approvals.
- Scheduling crews equipment and subcontractors to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Monitoring budgets job costing and project profitability.
- Communicating clearly with customers clients adjusters and internal stakeholders.
- Driving safety compliance and operational excellence every day.
- Recruiting training and coaching team members for growth and success.
- 3 years of operations/project management experience (restoration or construction preferred).
- 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication negotiation and team-building skills.
- Ability to balance office leadership with hands-on field oversight.
- Strong working knowledge of Xactimate for estimating restoration and construction projects.
- Comfort with the physical demands of job sites (occasional lifting ladders PPE).
- Industry certifications (IICRC WRT ASD etc.) a plus but not required.
