Arrow Ford is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our award-winning Fixed Operations team. This is not an entry-level rolewe need someone with proven success in automotive service advising who is ready to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
What Youll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers from check-in through vehicle delivery
Clearly explain recommended maintenance repairs and warranty work in a professional and approachable way
Build trust and long-term relationships by providing transparent estimates and updates
Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure accurate and efficient repair order flow
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
What Were Looking For
Minimum 2 years of automotive service advisor experience (Ford or other dealership experience preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skillsboth face-to-face and over the phone
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while staying organized
Knowledge of repair order systems DMS platforms and basic automotive terminology
A customer-first mindset and a drive to exceed expectations
