Job Summary

Description

Drive commercial-vehicle growth for our Manor rooftop. You will:

Prospect and close small-business municipal and fleet accounts
Build long-term relationships through consultative solution-based selling
Manage the order pipelinefrom specs and upfitting to delivery and post-sale support
Leverage Ford Fleet programs incentives and financing to maximize value for clients
Maintain accurate CRM notes monthly forecasts and CSI targets

Qualifications

2 years proven success in fleet/commercial vehicle sales (Ford experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of fleet financing leasing and upfit options
CRM proficiency and solid pipeline/forecast management skills
Self-starter who thrives on outbound prospecting and relationship building
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
