Introduction:

Process integration engineer in RF product development organization to develop optimize and qualify semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance schedule and quality requirements

Your Job:

To develop optimize and qualify semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance requirements
Partnering with process module engineers to improve device/yield performance
Manage logistics for processing the lots in fab
Owner and point of contact for new product lots in the fab.
Process split DOE execution
Route creation

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

Wafer Fab process integration experience is preferred
Basic knowledge of wafer fabrication processes
Independent resourceful with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition
Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
