Job Purpose:

Financial and management reporting; planning and forecasting; reporting performance results and KPIs; ensuring effective internal control environment (ICFW); supporting external and internal audit assignments; support all key stakeholders of Supply Chain and Commercial Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly actual financials in SAP Bison and Sierra dashboards
• Assist in preparing supply chain latest forecast CMFs Plans Updates
• Assist in reporting and forecasting of working capital and capex
• Site LT Commercial partners SMAS ICSS & other stakeholder management
• Assist in standard setting activity and NPI costing development
• Perform PPV utilization variances yield analysis
• Prepare Opex reviews and driving efficiencies & cost control especially annual service contracts
• Perform ICFW controls
• Support internal and external audits
• Perform and present periodic review of supply chain balance sheet items
• Support site capex planning project execution/cost accumulation project progress monitoring and capitalization
• Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Quality and other related policies guidelines and requirements as applicable
• Comply and ensure compliance to Environment Health and Safety policies guidelines and requirements as applicable
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.

Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Accounting & Finance

• Financial Certification ICMA /ACCA /CA

• Experience of statutory and/or management reporting Standard costing variance analysis with two to three years of experience

• Some knowledge of Supply Chain finance processes

• Advance excel user

• Good communication skills and ability to explain financial issues clearly

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
