What You Will Do
At Stryker we are driven to make healthcare better. As a Key Account Executive you will play a pivotal role in shaping relationships with major hospital groups across Mexico Colombia and Puerto Rico with a primary focus on Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to engage directly with C-level executives introduce innovative technologies and deliver solutions that transform patient care. - Develop and execute account strategies aligned with regional and global objectives ensuring integration with the companys Mako strategy
- Manage the full sales cycle for capital equipment from lead generation to negotiation and closing achieving defined revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hospital executives (CEOs COOs Directors and other C-suite leaders) to drive recurring business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of installations training and post-sale support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals negotiating terms to optimize deal structures and profitability
- Translate clinical benefits into economic value for healthcare providers using financial-based selling tools
- Represent Stryker at trade shows industry events and customer meetings to enhance visibility and market presence
What you need:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales of surgical or medical capital equipment
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing key accounts or executive-level clients
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals with C-suite executives
- Experience introducing innovative technologies into new markets
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Degree in Engineering or related fields
