We are seeking Junior UX/UI Designers to join our fast-growing team at EY Studio Athens. You will help push the boundaries of design and innovation tackling complex challenges across industriesfinancial services healthcare manufacturing government and moreusing proven frameworks and methods to deliver transformative client experiences in Greece and beyond.

Your key responsibilities
As a Junior UX/UI Designer you will work alongside business designers UX/UI designers strategists product managers and engineering teams to design innovative user-centred services and products. As part of our team you will be working across all areas of the design process from research workshops ideation user journeys flows prototyping and testing.
Skills and attributes for success:
- You are a passionate designer with a genuine interest in innovation supported by a portfolio that demonstrates your creativity in digital experiences.
- You thrive in a team environment co-creating and developing solutions alongside designers business professionals and technology consultants.
- You are curious staying updated on the latest digital developments and trends in UX/UI and are actively seek opportunities to learn and grow.
- Knowledge of human-centered design and are familiar with the end-to-end design process including research personas concept creation customer journeys user flows mockups prototypes user testing and visual design deliverables.
- Excellent technical skills in visual design and prototyping software (Figma Adobe Creative Suite etc) with the capability to design wireframes all the way through to final UI.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a design-related field (for example UX/UI visual communication graphic design or other creative disciplines)
- A portfolio demonstrating your design skills
- Essential knowledge of visual design and prototyping software (Figma Adobe Creative Suite etc)
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ideally youll also have:
- Experience in collaborative design workshops
- Conducted user research or user testing
- Other creative skills or developed talents.
