Art Teaching Assistant - A-Level (KS5) Barnet Immediate Start

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Art Teaching Assistant to support A-Level students at a dynamic secondary school in Barnet. This is an excellent opportunity for an Art Teaching Assistant with a strong background in Art who is looking to gain hands-on experience in the classroom before pursuing a career in teaching.

This role is ideal for a Art Graduatekeen to support students as an Art Teaching Assistant who are struggling with A-Level Art through targeted intervention skill-building and confidence-boosting support.

The Role: A-Level Art Teaching Assistant

Full-time term-time contract Art Teaching Assistant
Start Date: Immediate - July 2026
Salary: 444 per week PAYE minimum
Perfect for graduates with an Art-related degree and A or A* at A-Level Art

Key Responsibilities Art Teaching Assistant:

Deliver tailored support to KS5 students (A-Level) in Art classes
Work closely with the Head of Art to identify and assist students needing extra help
Provide creative input guidance and encouragement during coursework and exam preparation
