Renewals Advisor & Client Manager
Northampton
Salary starting at 30000k ( performance-related bonuses)
Monday Friday 9:00am 5:30pm
We have partnered with a well-established UK insurance broker seeking a proactive and client-focused Renewals Advisor & Client Manager to provide professional advice and manage client renewals. You will build strong relationships with clients insurers and business partners ensuring retention compliance and the delivery of positive customer outcomes.
This role involves both service and sales with a strong emphasis on customer care business development and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound client calls delivering high-quality service.
- Provide tailored insurance advice at renewal stage.
- Negotiate with clients and insurers to achieve the best outcomes.
- Accurately process policies transactions and documentation (Acturis/MS Office).
- Identify and convert cross-selling opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-term client insurer and partner relationships.
- Support colleagues and contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations at all times.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 12 months experience in motor and/or home insurance.
- Background in customer liaison sales negotiation and service with excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word Excel Outlook).
- Knowledge of FCA regulations.
- CII qualifications (or willingness to work towards).
- Confident telephone manner with a sales focus.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
