招聘岗位 中餐行政总厨
岗位职责
- 组织监督并参与所有食品的准备工作
- 参与到中式菜单和特色食品的准备以及宴会活动的组织
- 控制厨房食品的成本
- 与行政总厨餐饮部宴会及餐厅经理协调有关宴会食品的准备工作
- 贯彻和执行酒店和卫生部门指定的卫生和安全标准
- 熟悉酒店消防和安全程序以及厨房灭火设备的操作
- 保持对产品的综合性知识的了解包括配料设备供应商市场和当前趋势并相应的建议厨房运作部进行适当调整
- 为客人提供新鲜食物都要持续保证食物的高品质充分体现餐厅风格及经营理念
岗位要求
- 专科以上文化程度或相关专业毕业
- 5年以上同星级同岗位工作经验
- 要求具有烹饪领域的领导经验
- 有烹饪领域的文凭/证书者优先;

We are looking for Executive Chinese Chef
As Executive Chinese Chef we rely on you to
- Organize supervise and participate in the work of all production personnel engaged in the preparation of Chinese food.
- Participate creatively in the preparation of Chinese menus and special food items as well as in the organization of banqueting events.
- Be responsible for the maintenance of a relatively low food cost in the Chinese Kitchen
- Co-ordinate with the Executive Chef Food & Beverage Events and Restaurant Manager in matters concerning the Chinese food preparations and Chinese banquet functions.
- Follow and enforce the hygiene and safety standard set by the Hotel and Food & Hygiene Department.
- Be familiar the Hotels fire and safety procedures and operation of kitchen and fire fighting equipment.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients equipment suppliers markets and current trends and make recommendations for appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations accordingly.
- Serves fresh food to all the guests is consistent in quality and reflects the style of the outlet concept.
We are looking for someone who:
- College degree or above or graduated from related major;
- At least 5 years working experience in the same position as the same star
- Requires leadership experience in the culinary field;
- Diploma/Certificate in culinary field is preferred;
