Job Summary

Your Role

Major responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Takeresponsibilityofprocurementofdirect material from local and overseas.
Daily RFQ for new parts negotiate favorable terms condition pricing and to arrange for delivery when and where needed maintain price and info in system.
Take responsibility of new vendor development.
Suppler management and supplier quality improvement.
Annual cost reduction project plan and take proactive action.
To monitor supplier compliance with purchase order contracts and resolve discrepancies.
Cooperate with logistic production planning etc. ensure stock at reasonable level.
The ability to understand the customers needs and then use the knowledge to help company be more profitable.
Payment settle against contract terms.
Makepurchasingrelatedreportsandanalysismonthly.
Other tasks to be assigned by the team leader.

Candidates profile

Education

University degree or above.

To succeed you will need

Experience
- The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years as Sourcing Engineer Or similar job.
- Experience of non-standard parts and project.
- Experience of working in a factory or industrial environment is preferred.
- Experience of working within an international matrix-organization and adapt easily to different cultures.
- Experience of new vendor development is preferred.
- Experience of drawings and mechanical process.
Knowledge
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Workshop safety
Skills
- Competence with Microsoft SAP.
Language
- Good Communication: English spoken & written & oral at all levels
