Your Role
Major responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Takeresponsibilityofprocurementofdirect material from local and overseas.
- Daily RFQ for new parts negotiate favorable terms condition pricing and to arrange for delivery when and where needed maintain price and info in system.
- Take responsibility of new vendor development.
- Suppler management and supplier quality improvement.
- Annual cost reduction project plan and take proactive action.
- To monitor supplier compliance with purchase order contracts and resolve discrepancies.
- Cooperate with logistic production planning etc. ensure stock at reasonable level.
- The ability to understand the customers needs and then use the knowledge to help company be more profitable.
- Payment settle against contract terms.
- Makepurchasingrelatedreportsandanalysismonthly.
- Other tasks to be assigned by the team leader.
Candidates profile
Education
- University degree or above.
To succeed you will need
Experience
- The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years as Sourcing Engineer Or similar job.
- Experience of non-standard parts and project.
- Experience of working in a factory or industrial environment is preferred.
- Experience of working within an international matrix-organization and adapt easily to different cultures.
- Experience of new vendor development is preferred.
- Experience of drawings and mechanical process.
Knowledge
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Workshop safety
Skills
- Competence with Microsoft SAP.
Language
- Good Communication: English spoken & written & oral at all levels
