Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Focused on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline. There may be some latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide coordination in procurement activities for assigned commodities and suppliers
Proactively work with global and local Sourcing team as well as suppliers to improve On Time Delivery Quality performance to target level.
Achieve lowest possible cost for material and service balanced against optimum quality and schedule needs.
Evaluate current and anticipated requirements identify potential sources obtain bids and plan programs to meet business needs.
Presents to stakeholder in specific purchasing space and on cross functional teams on how purchasing contributes to overall strategy.
Advises functional managers or other functions regarding approaches processes procedures and progresses.
Identify and deliver value-adding opportunities for the business
Drive cost out localization source optimization projects within Sourcing
Lead supplier performance reviews with supplier focal and their leadership
Provide analytical data and implement improvement plan
Comply with company policy and process including but not limit in Sourcing Compliance commercial Quality Production EHS HR Lean etc.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited university
Minimum 2 years of work experience in sourcing or supply chain position
Strong negotiation skills
Proved ERP knowledge
Good oral and written English
