Authorize loans that exceed field staff limits
Review and analyze source documents and proposals for authorization
Assess and consistently apply credit risk policy
Analyze administration requests such as loan amendments security amendments and policy exceptions
Coach and mentor lending staff on the credit culture at FCC

What youll need:
An undergraduate degree in business economics or agriculture and at least six years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Understanding of complex commercial lending and advanced credit analysis
Knowledge of the agriculture agribusiness and the food and beverage industries and 5 years of commercial lending experience
Intermediate proficiency in both official languages (English and French)
