As a Staff Android Engineer you will take ownership of designing and scaling new features across mobile TV and WearOS platforms. Youll drive team standards for performance observability and modern Android best practices while mentoring engineers and guiding technical direction. - Define and enforce standards around performance observability and modern Android practices.

Requirements:
Technical Expertise
- 8 years of Android development experience.
- Mastery of Kotlin and Java (experience with Coroutines a plus).
- Strong knowledge of MVVM MVI or other modern app architectures.
- Experience with Gradle and GitHub Actions for build/release pipelines.
- Expertise in performance tuning memory optimization monitoring and crash analysis.
Leadership Skills
- Proven experience leading teams and mentoring engineers.
- Strong ability to manage technical projects and drive results.
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
