As Associate Director of Evidence Generation youll lead the development of innovative non-interventional studies and Real-World Evidence programs that influence global healthcare decisions.

Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver impactful fit-for-purpose evidence that supports access adoption and optimal use of Novartis medicines.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and execution of non-interventional studies aligned with Integrated Evidence Plans
  • Develop study concepts protocols reports and contribute to final analyses and publications
  • Ensure scientific rigor and relevance in evidence strategy study design and data interpretation
  • Engage with global stakeholders including key opinion leaders advisory boards and patient groups
  • Represent Novartis in external collaborations and lead/co-chair steering committees for studies
  • Support development of innovative methodologies and technologies to enhance evidence generation
  • Stay current with trends and drive adoption of emergent evidence approaches across teams

Essential Requirements

  • Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 5 years experience in pharma academic research or healthcare with focus on evidence generation
  • Strong expertise in non-interventional study design and Real-World Evidence methodologies
  • Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse internal and external audiences
  • Demonstrated success working in cross-functional global matrix environments
  • Excellent collaboration organizational and strategic thinking skills
