As Associate Director of Evidence Generation youll lead the development of innovative non-interventional studies and Real-World Evidence programs that influence global healthcare decisions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and execution of non-interventional studies aligned with Integrated Evidence Plans
Develop study concepts protocols reports and contribute to final analyses and publications
Ensure scientific rigor and relevance in evidence strategy study design and data interpretation
Engage with global stakeholders including key opinion leaders advisory boards and patient groups
Represent Novartis in external collaborations and lead/co-chair steering committees for studies
Support development of innovative methodologies and technologies to enhance evidence generation
Stay current with trends and drive adoption of emergent evidence approaches across teams

Essential Requirements

Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred
5 years experience in pharma academic research or healthcare with focus on evidence generation
Strong expertise in non-interventional study design and Real-World Evidence methodologies
Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse internal and external audiences
Demonstrated success working in cross-functional global matrix environments
Excellent collaboration organizational and strategic thinking skills
