Johns Hopkins All Childrens Hospital is a premier clinical and academic health system providing expert pediatric care for infants children and teens with some of the most challenging medical problems. Ranked in multiple specialties by U.S. News & World Report we provide access to innovative treatments and therapies. With more than half of the 259 beds in our teaching hospital devoted to intensive care level services we are the regional pediatric referral center for Floridas West Coast. Physicians and community hospitals count on us to care for critically ill patients and perform complex surgical procedures.
Summery
As an RT Clinical Supervisor at Johns Hopkins All Childrens Hospital youll deliver specialized patient-centered respiratory care that is at the forefront of medical innovation. Your work will be guided by evidence-based practices ensuring that every treatment research initiative and educational effort is rooted in the highest standards of care.
Youll be a key player in our interprofessional team driving exceptional patient outcomes and contributing to the departments goals through your accountability for compassionate and safe care. Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelors Degree required.
- Licensure & Certification:Current Florida Respiratory Therapist Licensure and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Education Background:Graduate of a Registered Respiratory Therapy Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC).
- Experience:A minimum of 3 years of experience in neonatal/pediatric critical intensive care.
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification if working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
- Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist (NPS) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
Salary Range: Minimum 36.52/hour - Maximum 58.44/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
