Product Design Leader

What is the job

Every great film needs a visionary to guide the story and at Regal our Product Design Leader plays that role for our digital experiences. From ticketing to loyalty to concessions youll design the journeys that make moviegoing effortless delightful and unforgettable.

What will you be doing

• Own end-to-end design for marquee initiatives like ticketing subscriptions and concessions ordering.
• Create polished mobile-first designs for both web and native apps balancing usability with cinematic flair.
• Collaborate with product managers engineers and researchers to deliver customer-centered solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve Regals design language system to ensure visual and functional cohesion across channels.
• Mentor and elevate designers helping grow a world-class product design team.

About you

• You bring a portfolio of shipped digital products that showcase your strong interaction and visual design craft.
• Youve led initiatives spanning discovery through delivery shaping experiences end-to-end.
• You know how to turn customer insights into mobile-first solutions that truly resonate.
• You thrive in collaboration partnering seamlessly across product engineering and research.
• Submit a portfolio showcasing your design work and creative process (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
