Were seeking an Estate Planning Case Manager to support clients in creating wills trusts and powers of attorney. Youll draft explain and manage estate planning files while helping clients make some of lifes most important decisions. Estate planning experience is preferred but well train strong candidates with the right skills and mindset.

What youll do:

• Draft Documents: Wills trusts and POAs that are accurate clear and client-ready.
• Client Meetings: Explain differences in documents in plain English (and Spanish).
• Case-Load Management: Track estate planning files from intake to final signatures.
• Scheduling & Communication: Manage calls follow-ups and client updates.
• Attorney Support: Prep documents and provide updates to attorneys.
• Record Organization: Keep detailed filesbecause a missing signature isnt an option.

What were looking for:

• Experience: Prior estate planning or legal drafting experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
• Research & Writing: You can brief a thorny issue in plain Englishand proof your work without Grammarly holding your hand.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable in case-management platforms MS Office and e-filing portals.
• Soft Skills: Positive coachable stress-resilient and genuinely curious about the law (clock-punchers need not apply).
• On-Site Commitment: Full-time at our El Paso office once renovations finish; brief remote training period possible.
