Job Description
ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various aspects of our production process ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. As a Production Assistant you will work closely with producers directors and other crew members in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-production preparations including scheduling and coordinating logistics.
- Support the production team during shoots by helping with equipment setup and breakdown.
- Organize and manage production materials and supplies effectively throughout the project.
- Perform administrative tasks such as note-taking filing and maintaining production schedules.
- Communicate with crew members and talent to ensure everyone is informed and on task.
- Help with research and sourcing locations props and talent as needed for projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Film Media Production or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a production setting or relevant internships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in using standard production equipment and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
