Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our exceptional team at our respected senior campuses in Middleton and Verona Wisconsin. We provide high-quality person-centered care across a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities senior communities assisted living and in-home care.

Were looking for a full-time SLP who is licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Wisconsin and is passionate about helping older adults improve their quality of life. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills in assessing and treating speech language cognitive and swallowing disorders along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.CFYs Welcome!
In this role you will conduct evaluations develop individualized treatment plans deliver direct therapy and provide education to residents families and staff. Youll also participate in care planning and maintain clear accurate documentation to ensure compliance and quality outcomes.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
