Job Qualifications :
a) The job holder must have a bachelor degree in quantity surveying civil engineering. Construction management or related fields
b) Additional Courses in project management cost estimating or contract law is more preferred
c) Experience in Quantity Surveying 10 years in the field with a focus on large-scale projects such as those found in the oil and gas sector.
d) Relevant Industry Experience Background in the construction engineering or oil and gas sectors is highly desirable.
e) Cost Management Experience Proven track record in budgeting cost estimation and financial management in major construction or engineering projects.
f) Experience with the specific requirements and challenges of oil and gas construction projects including offshore rigs pipelines refineries and infrastructure developments.
g) Experience with various forms of contracts (e.g. EPC FIDIC or other industry-specific contracts).
h) Experience with industry-standard software such as CostX Procore MS Project and Excel for cost analysis and reporting.
