As an IT Service Delivery Analyst Intern you will play an integral role in this transformation gaining practical experience and key skills that shape the future of energy.

Job Description

GE Vernovas Electrification Software business in the UK is seeking motivated personable and highly organized interns who are eager to develop both technical and professional capabilities. During this 12-month internship commencing in June/July 2026 youll work on meaningful real-world projects that contribute to electrifying and decarbonizing our planet. You will have the opportunity to explore the digital technologies pioneered by GE Vernova collaborate with industry-leading engineers and lay the foundation for a career with unlimited potential.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Delivery Analyst to support our electrification software solutions used in advanced energy management systems worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while developing skills vital to the future of energy.

About the role:
The role will require to work in various fields like: Application support processes System Monitoring Hardware maintenance and Software development.
The scope of work is expected to be but not limited to:
- Review and Improve current ITIL procedures.
- Analysis and Improvement of Software delivery lifecycle
- Trace and Investigate problems with the support of Subject Matter Experts (SME)


Minimum Requirements:
- Working towards a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering
- Programming skills: C/C Java Python Scripting
- Knowledge of LINUX OS Oracle
- Good communication skills
- Good adaptable team worker eager to learn and develop.
- Ability and confidence to work independently.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • It is an office-based role. You must be able to work from the office full time.
  • Legal right to work in the UK is required. We will be unable to sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for these roles.
  • Must be enrolled at the UK based university and able to commit to a 12-month internship starting June/July 2026.
