Job Description
Contribute as a Project Manager I in São Paulo at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. impacting customer well-being.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage project plans and monitor deliverables to ensure detailed execution.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach focusing on delivering an excellent client experience.
- Initiate and coordinate the configuration of clinical studies ensuring strict adherence to protocols.
- Apply technological tools and systems to effectively manage projects.
- Drive accountability and change within the team.
- Ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss project status and updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management team.
- Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide and analyze monthly project metrics to determine progress.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
- Engage in clear communication with both the team and clients to comprehend and cater to their requirements.
- Integrate services across different areas of the site for efficient project alignment.
- Maintain updated service and quality agreements with clients.
Education Required:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in logistics operations health areas administration or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position is required.
Knowledge skills and abilities:
- Team-oriented problem solver with proven leadership abilities.
- Understanding of clinical trial phases and processes.
- Strong communication abilities with both the team and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel skills).
- Quick learner adaptable to new tools and technologies.
- Intermediate written and oral English skills.

- Basic understanding of financial principles related to project management.
Availability to work hybrid 1x a week at Jaguaré - São Paulo/SP.
