Job Description

Contribute as a Project Manager I in São Paulo at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. impacting customer well-being.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage project plans and monitor deliverables to ensure detailed execution.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach focusing on delivering an excellent client experience.
  • Initiate and coordinate the configuration of clinical studies ensuring strict adherence to protocols.
  • Apply technological tools and systems to effectively manage projects.
  • Drive accountability and change within the team.
  • Ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss project status and updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management team.
  • Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Provide and analyze monthly project metrics to determine progress.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
  • Engage in clear communication with both the team and clients to comprehend and cater to their requirements.
  • Integrate services across different areas of the site for efficient project alignment.
  • Maintain updated service and quality agreements with clients.

Education Required:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in logistics operations health areas administration or related fields.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position is required.

Knowledge skills and abilities:

  • Team-oriented problem solver with proven leadership abilities.
  • Understanding of clinical trial phases and processes.
  • Strong communication abilities with both the team and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel skills).
  • Quick learner adaptable to new tools and technologies.
  • Intermediate written and oral English skills.
  • Highly motivated diligent and organized.
  • Integrity intensity innovation and involvement.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles related to project management.

    Availability to work hybrid 1x a week at Jaguaré - São Paulo/SP.
