The Opportunity
St Kevins College is seeking an outstanding and passionate coach to lead our1st XVIII Football Team and play a key role in the continued development of our highly respected Football Program.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the most comprehensive and successful school football environments with over 580 students involved from Years 7 to 12.
About the RoleAs the Lead Coach of the 1st XVIII you will be the driving force behind the on-field success development and culture of the Colleges senior football program. Working in partnership with the Head of Coaching Football you will play a pivotal role in shaping the St Kevins Football Model mentoring coaches identifying emerging talent and ensuring a high-performance environment that balances athletic excellence with student wellbeing and academic success.
This is a seasonal casual position requiring a commitmentacross the football season including training match days planning and performance review. The role will commence in November 2025.
Time Commitment
Term 1: Two morning training sessions per week (7:00am - 8:15am)
Term 2 & 3: Two afternoon sessions per week (3:15pm-5:30pm) and Saturday matches (11:30am- 5:30pm)
Holiday Period: Availability for pre-season camps training and practice matches
Additional time for planning video review and administration is expected
Lead and manage the 1st XVIII Football Team including all training sessions and match days
Assist in designing and delivering a clear coaching vision for the entire football program
Mentor coaches within the 1st and 2nd XVIII squads supporting ongoing coach development
Ensure compliance with child safety OHS and all school policies and procedures
