REPORTS TO: Supervisor Customer Order Enablement and Portals Billing
This role is essential in supporting the Customer Order Enablement and Portal Billing team with the focus of supporting timely and accurate Customer order processing and Portal billing activities to drive improved Customer Experience while mitigating invoicing risks. The Associate will also participate in special projects support team development and serve as a point of contact to troubleshoot and quickly resolve Customer issues. This position requires a strong customer service focus the ability to promptly resolve business issues and strong aptitude to evaluate data effectively. This position is critical to maintaining and expanding relationships with Ingredions Customers and Business Partners. Role will report to the Supervisor Customer Order Enablement and Portals Billing.
What you will do:
Support Tulsa SSC Customer Order Enablement and Portal Billing Team: Support the end-to-end delivery of Order to Invoice Operations and Portal billing services supporting the US and Canada region to ensure efficient operations and timely and accurate order processing and billing.
Enable Order to Invoice Operations and Portal Billing Strategy: Collaborate with the Supervisor Customer Order Enablement and Portals Billing and Manager to enhance Order to Invoice Operations and Portal billing strategies aligned with the business needs Customer experience and the work and workforce at Ingredion.
Monitor SLAs and Reporting: Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements produce and review reports on Order processing and Portals billing and identify and track any system or process performance issues. Escalate issues as necessary for timely resolution.
Project Management: Ability to participate in special projects as needed.
What you will bring:
Order Management and Portal Billing Expertise: Exhibit willingness to learn the policies procedures and controls of Order Management and Portal Billing 0-2 years of Order to Invoice value chain experience.
Education: Bachelors degree in business-related field preferred
Business Acumen: Exhibit understanding of business and financial concepts.
Design Thinking Skills: Ability to learn systems knowledge within the Order to Invoice value chain.
Analytical Skills: Seek to purposefully identify issues consider alternative solutions and take corrective action to resolve problems.
Influencing Skills: Exhibit collaboration effectively across multiple levels of the enterprise to produce positive business outcomes with Customers and internal Business Partners.
Adaptability and Flexibility: Adapt and remain flexible in dealing with evolving business needs.
Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize competing requests and priorities.
Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel (advanced) PowerPoint. SAP Salesforce and EDI experience desirable.
Shared Services Environment: Prefer prior experience in a Global Shared Services environment.

NoPay Range:
$45440.00-$60586.67 AnnualThis pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
