Established in 2010 Airbus International Services has been supporting Airbus Helicopters Airbus Commercial Airbus Defence & Space ATR and Satair with high quality services delivered by experienced and highly skilled professionals deployed worldwide (50 countries).

AIS has three business lines dedicated to supporting our groupwide customers:

• Helicopter Technical Operations supporting Airbus Helicopters;

• Aircrew Assistance supporting Airbus Helicopters and ATR;

• Airplane Operations supporting Airbus Commercial Airbus Defence and Space ATR Satair;

Our services are provided exclusively to Airbus Group entities and affiliates.

We are looking for a Field Representative Service to join the AIS Airplane Business Line. During that mission the selected candidate will work in cooperation with the ATR team and AIS.

The mission will be located in Saskatoon (Canada) for a duration of 4 months and is potentially renewable based on performance and business needs.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Is a pivotal fixed term* on-site resource dedicated to ensuring the highest levels of aircraft availability and operational efficiency. Positioned as a key liaison between ATR and the customer the FSR provides continuous support expert guidance and practical solutions to optimize maintenance processes and enhance operational performance.

• Provide preventive maintenance recommendations to the maintenance team activities.

• Assist the Customer in the maintenance of the fleet of ATR aircraft in coordination with ATR.

• Support the Customer technically on day-to-day activities and on any operational item.

• Educate the engineering staff on ATR Documentation technical and operational subjects concerning the ATR fleet.

• Assist the Customer in reporting and liaising with the various ATR departments to follow up on open queries.

• Support the Customer in reporting fleet data & technical events on a weekly/monthly basis.

• Identify recurrent difficulties in maintenance & operational activities and propose adequate action plans.
