About this role
Were hiring a Business Analyst to work directly with senior leadership on analyzing operations growth and financial data to generate actionable insights that drive the business forward. From building models to creating dashboards your work will shape how the company understands performance and identifies opportunities. You wont just run analysesyoull explain what they mean what decisions they inform and ensure the right follow-up actions happen.
What youll do
- Own recurring reporting and dashboards by writing SQL queries and leveraging BI tools to deliver clear actionable insights.
- Partner with the CFO to monitor financial and operational performance highlight risks and opportunities and support strategic planning.
- Work directly with executives to translate complex data into compelling narratives that drive business impact.
- Proactively uncover trends anomalies and opportunities to improve performance across the organization.
- Handle ad hoc analyses and high-priority projects spanning finance operations product and growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure insights translate into measurable business improvements.
What were looking for
- Strong SQL and Excel skills.
- Ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture business understanding.
- Excellent communication skills to distill complex findings into actionable recommendations.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and presenting insights directly to leadership.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $150K $175K
- Equity: Competitive
