Job Summary
Position: Business Analyst
Location: Bolingbrook IL Hybrid
Duration: 1 Years
Note: Experience in handling retail or e-commerce clients is a must.
Job Description:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience working with retail or ecommerce customers (must have knowledge about retail search engine) as a business analyst or product analyst
- Knowledge of Agile practices and strong story writing is must
- Experience in writing prioritizing and grooming User stories is must
- Strong understanding of business processes systems analysis and requirements gathering.
- Experience working with JIRA confluence is must or similar.
- Experience of writing story in Gherkin format is must
- Experience on Analytics will be an additional advantage.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
- Excellent end to end understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall Agile Scrum Hybrid Incremental Application Development.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs objectives and pain points.
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis documenting functional and non-functional specifications.
- Help train end-users and provide ongoing support during and after project deployment.
- Should be comfortable working in 8 am 5 pm central time slot
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on business process optimization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
