Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Welder to join a busy weld shop in Sapulpa. The Structural Welder will be responsible for welding and assembling metal structures and components according to blueprints and project specifications. This role requires advanced welding skills knowledge of industry codes and the ability to produce consistent high-quality welds.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of shop welding experience (fitting experience a plus)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
Proficient in MIG and Fluxcore processes
Strong understanding of structural welding codes and safety practices
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended shifts

Physical Demands & Safety

The Structural Welder position is safety-sensitive and requires adherence to all company safety protocols. Welders must handle heavy materials operate in shop conditions and wear appropriate PPE at all times while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
