Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hand Welder with expertise in Stick (SMAW) MIG (GMAW) TIG (GTAW) and Flux Core (FCAW) welding processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both pipe welding and structural fabrication projects with the ability to interpret blueprints and welding symbols to ensure precision and quality.

Hand Welder Requirements

Ability to pass required weld tests (2G MIG/Fluxcore 2G Stick and 3G TIG)
Experience with pipe welding and structural fabrication
Skilled at reading blueprints welding symbols and specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain code-level quality
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic

Physical Demands & Safety

The Hand Welder role requires standing for extended periods frequent bending squatting and lifting up to 50 lbs. Welders must follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work area while operating welding equipment.
