About the role.

As a Maintenance Supervisor at McCain you will ensure our operations run smoothly by resolving mechanical and electrical issues managing maintenance schedules and leading a team of skilled technicians. You will focus on continuous improvement uphold safety standards and collaborate with various departments to achieve business goals.

What youll be doing.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical problems.
• Manage and prioritize work orders to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Coach mentor and supervise the maintenance team.
• Improve and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Champion workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Build strong cross-department relationships to support operations.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support team success.

What youll need to be successful.

• Hands-on Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the maintenance field is required. Candidates with 10 years and prior leadership experience will receive additional consideration.
• Leadership Mindset: Minimum of 2 years leading a team or working in a supervisory capacity.
• Tech-Savvy Troubleshooting: Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills to ensure equipment runs at peak performance.
• Industry Know-How: Experience with the following is highly valued:
• Ammonia refrigeration
• TIG welding
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Packaging machinery
• HVAC systems
• Plumbing
• Wastewater treatment
• Safety-First Approach: Demonstrated understanding of compliance and workplace safety standards.
• Continuous Learner: Commitment to staying updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Education: High school diploma and technical training are required. An Associates degree in a related field is a strong asset.

Compensation Package:$65500.00 - $87400.00 . USD annually Bonus eligibility

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education and training and other organizational needs.
