About the role:We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support a retail project within the Transport and Warehouse operations. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements translate them into system solutions and help improve processes and efficiency across supply chain operations.
Location and Work Setup: The position is based in the Bucharest Office (Plaza) near Lujerului metro station with a flexible hybrid way of working.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in the implementation of projects that require IT components applications modules IT systems etc.
- Discusses understands and centralizes business requirements from users
- Analyzes technical requirements documents and discusses with external partners
- Proposes business solutions and drafts technical specifications in accordance with project requirements
- Provides support during the project but also after its implementation (e.g. application testing user training)
- Provides L2 support for the applications and systems for which he is responsible
- Complies with the IT & C rules and policies applicable to company employees within the department in which he works
- Ensures the quality of the IT solutions offered as well as their proper functioning by complying with the quality standards imposed by the project specifications
- Identifies and proposes ways to optimize processes and technical solutions in collaboration with external partners and IT teams from the Ahold Delhaize group
- Holds training sessions for end users
- Constant training on organizational IT and business aspects
What are we looking for:
- Experience participating in IT project implementations (applications modules or systems)
- Strong ability to gather understand and document business requirements from users
- Skilled in analyzing technical requirements and collaborating with external partners
- Ability to propose business solutions and create technical specifications aligned with project needs
- Hands-on experience in application testing user training and post-implementation support
- Experience in providing L2 support for business applications and systems
- Familiarity with IT policies compliance standards and quality assurance practices
- Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing processes and technical solutions in collaboration with partners and IT teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills for leading end-user training sessions
- Commitment to continuous learning in organizational IT and business domains
