The Challenge

This position is at the heart of our operations where you will be tasked with protecting the platform and its users from harmful material. Your main responsibility will be to review analyze and make time-critical judgments on various types of content generated by users (including images video and text) to ensure strict compliance with global community standards and policies.

Your Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Complete fluency in Romanian (written and spoken) is essential.
• Team Communication: A professional level of English (minimum B2) is necessary for training system usage and internal communications.
• Location: Commitment to working on-site in Porto Portugal.
• Experience: Previous professional experience in content review analysis or a related high-volume field is a plus but not strictly mandatory; comprehensive training is provided.
• Resources: All necessary work equipment and technology will be furnished by the company.

Work Schedule and Flexibility

• Initial Hours: Your workweek will cover Monday through Sunday 09:00 to 18:00.
• Days Off: You will receive two scheduled rotating days off weekly.
• Future Adaptation: Candidates must be aware of and prepared for the planned expansion to a 24/7 service which will include the introduction of an Evening Shift (13:00 to 22:00).
