The position
As aMedium Voltage Project Coordinatorat agap2 you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects over the years based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking Fintech Telco Retail Sports and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
As aMedium Voltage Project Coordinator you ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. You support project leaders and managers while keeping an overview of technical administrative and organisational aspects.
- Monitoring the financial status of projects and managing the ordering process.
- Supervising the entire procurement process from request to contract.
- Preparing and maintaining all necessary project documentation.
- Acting as a sounding board and sparring partner for project leaders and project managers.
- Coordinating tasks and contributing ideas for the most effective implementation methods.
- Combining technical expertise with strong planning and organisational skills.
What you bring to the position
- A diploma in Electrical Engineering Energy Technology General Operational Technology or Mechatronics.
- Preferably experience in work preparation or project coordination within electrical engineering.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and contract forms (e.g. UAV UAV-GC D&C) is an advantage.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams SharePoint and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Cost-conscious flexible and experienced in budget monitoring.
- Preferably experience with medium-voltage projects and preparing customised quotations or calculations.
