Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Specialist Service Centers Communication in the Global Marketing Service & Technology organization located in Buenos Aires/Manilla closing October 14th 2025.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Strategic Communication & Messaging
- Develops and delivers timely fit-for-purpose communications across multiple formats (e.g. portals emails presentations videos dashboards)
- Crafts persona-based messaging and integrated communication plans aligned with team objectives (e.g. KPIs projects incident management)
- Amplifies key messages and Global Service Centers Delivery (GSCD) initiatives through multi-channel engagement
Brand Stewardship & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serves as Brand Ambassador and spokesperson with GSCD Leadership ensuring alignment with Chevrons brand standards
- Coordinates with internal partners (Brand Marketing Compliance Legal Corporate Affairs) to ensure compliance with identity and industry standards
- Manages stakeholder relationships to understand business dynamics and tailor impactful communications
Content Standardization & Quality
- Standardizes and professionalizes communication materialswhether self-created or from othersto reflect GSCDs branding vision and strategy
- Continuously assesses and improves communication strategies and materials to reflect process maturity and evolution
Data Storytelling & Visualization
- Translates analytics and benchmarking data into compelling visual stories (e.g. infographics illustrations videos) to build trust and support decision-making
- Collaborates with Performance and Benchmarking teams to highlight service value and utilization
Change Communication & Issue Management
- Communicates change efforts and safeguards resulting from incident root cause analyses to gain stakeholder buy-in
- Develops targeted messaging to address customer-impacting issues and prevent escalation through proactive engagement
Continuous Improvement & Industry Awareness
- Stays current with industry communication standards and technology trends to assess GSCD value and adoption
- Establishes metrics and tools to measure and enhance communication effectiveness

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in corporate communications preferably in a global or service delivery environment with strong understanding of branding stakeholder engagement and multi-channel messaging
- Exceptional writing editing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data and concepts into clear compelling and visually engaging content
- Proficiency in communication tools and formats including presentations videos dashboards surveys and internal social platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills with experience working across functions such as Compliance Legal and Corporate Affairs
- Analytical mindset with data visualization expertise able to interpret performance metrics benchmarking data and incident insights to support strategic messaging
- Knowledge of industry communication standards and trends with the ability to assess and improve communication effectiveness adoption and alignment with organizational goals
This role requires flexibility to work across multiple time zones as it supports the entire Global Service Centers Delivery (GSCD) team.
