As a partner-facing role the SNSM is responsible for securing approvals for pharma programs within retail chains and managing contracting and execution for retailer-driven initiatives. They serve as key stakeholders in escalations and troubleshooting ensuring swift resolution and maintaining strong relationships. Internally they work cross-functionally with Sales Client Success Clinical Solutions Creative Analytics Operations Finance Network and Legal while also serving as a point of contact for critical technical issues with Engineering Product Support and Data Architecture.
The SNSM is not just a coordinator but a driver of innovation and change playing a vital role in shaping the companys future success through collaboration execution excellence and strategic influence.
