Job Description
This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAAs family of companies and will be employed by TIAAs preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW perform a variety of moderately complex business planning support and project-related an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
This role will sit onsite likely in a hybrid capacity at the location(s) listed in this posting.
The anticipated term of this engagement will be 2 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.CW-Lead Business Systems AnalystThe Lead Business Systems Analyst approves that designed system solutions are appropriate for business needs and consistent with the overall design of the organizations information systems architecture. Working closely with senior leadership this job manages large projects processes and establishes operational plans.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Provides senior level consulting services to business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve IT and business management results.
- Develops and implements new processes standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.
- Participates in defining and formulating senior leaderships IT strategy through the review of business objectives and value proposition.
- Advises senior leadership on future business direction and aligns IT with business priorities strategies and operating models.
- Recommends solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
- Recommends long-term improvements and changes to organizations IT systems to support future business direction and growth.
- Coaches reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals.

Enable the swift design and delivery of scalable analytics products that support talent and workforce decision-making
- Engage stakeholders to understand the key talent / workforce questions and problems to be addressed
- Design storyboards reports tools etc as proofs of concept
- Partner with internal TIAA teams to develop test and deploy products
- Make recommendations for new content and insights that could be delivered to HR leaders
- May draft instructional and educational materials for users that increase utilization and impact of content
Anticipated Posting End Date:
Base Pay Range: $56.44/hr - $88.22/hrActual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic location.
