nu glass is a growing company of 20 passionate people committed to innovation we redefine indoor connectivity making it simple reliable & responsible for everyone everywhere.
We are entering a new growth phase and expand our team to 30 in the next 6 monhs. To support this we are looking for you: first dedicated HR Responsible tobuild solid people processes while keeping our unique culture &value alive.
Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to define roles specs & hiring priorities
- Post job ads screen resumes coordinate interviews
- Ensure a smooth respectful and brand-forward candidate experience
Must Have
- Solid HR foundation in Switzerland
3 years of HR experience in SME or Scale-up with strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR practices - Recruitment expertise
Proven track record managing end-to-end hiring (posting screening interviewing contracts). - Hands-on & proactive
Comfortable building simple but effective HR processes from scratch in a small fast-moving company.
Nice to have
- Develop HR Process
- Languages: English - French - German
- Sourcing experience in onsite delivery services
- Valid work permit in Switzerland
Your Mission
Youre not just HR you get to select the people in a fast growing scale-up peoples define campany core values so you will define what nu glass is and will be.
- Youll work closely with founders engineers operations and your voice matters.
- Youll see the real impact: your onboarding retention feedback systems will directly shape how the company scales.
- We balance ambition and carewe move fast but not at the expense of each other.
Youll own key HR processes partner with leadership and be a trusted voice for the allteam around Europe !
