Were seeking a Southern Sales Manager E&G Accounts to guide a high-performing team of account managers in Melbourne.

This leadership role is ideal for someone who brings strategic insight a coaching mindset and a passion for ethical sales. Youll foster strong relationships drive growth and retention and help shape a culture of care and performance that reflects the heart of Aussie Broadband.

  • Have experience in telco and a deep understanding of the industry landscape

  • Has led high-performing account management teams and knows how to inspire and guide others

  • Skilled in driving ethical sales performance and delivering on strategic goals

  • Communicates with warmth and confidence across all levels - from customers to stakeholders

  • Comfortable presenting at events roundtables and internal forums with clarity and purpose

  • Demonstrates a coaching mindset and supports others to be their best

  • Adapts quickly embraces feedback and coordinates by example

  • Understands the importance of culture and how it shapes customer experience

How will you support our Why

Youll foster a culture of care performance and connection while driving growth and retention across the Southern Region. Your mentorship will help shape trusted partnerships and ensure our clients feel the full value of working with Aussie Broadband.

  • Guide and support a Melbourne-based team of account managers to deliver value across the organisation

  • Own the Southern Regions sales performance and collaborate on key deals to support success

  • Facilitate structured MBRs and QBRs to drive clarity alignment and engagement

  • Guide energising team meetings that inspire action and connection

  • Drive retention and growth strategies to protect and expand foundation revenue

  • Build strong relationships with external vendors and align the team with key influencers

  • Support stakeholder engagement to foster trust and long-term partnerships

  • Develop and implement sales programs that enhance team efficiency and impact
