Position Summary:
The Sr. Test Engineer is a senior technical leader responsible for driving test strategy design development and continuous improvement of electronic product testing within the manufacturing plant. This role ensures that all electronic assemblies and finished products meet quality reliability and customer requirements through robust test systems processes and methodologies. The Sr. Test Engineer will also mentor junior engineers collaborate cross-functionally with design and manufacturing teams and provide expertise in troubleshooting and failure analysis.
