Job Summary

This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAAs family of companies and will be employed by TIAAs preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW perform a variety of moderately complex business planning support and project-related an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.

This role will sit onsite likely in a hybrid capacity at the location(s) listed in this posting.

The anticipated term of this engagement will be 8 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.

CW-Project and Program Management
Collects and analyzes data and requirements business processes and cost-benefit for proposed projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conducting research and analyzing financial and operational data for projects. Analyzing parameters including costs time-lines technical functions benefits and risks of projects.
  • Preparing preliminary interpretations of analyses for project teams clients and/or department management.
  • Supporting the project manager on project administration and process improvements.
  • Preparing and distributing progress reports tracked against deliverables.

The Project Program Manager will be responsible for oversight of the development and execution of one or more medium to large scale projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex cross-functional teams as well as accomplishing organizational objectives by overseeing multiple project activities. The role may also be responsible for building routines across multiple horizontally aligned teams.
Job Description
Senior Project and Program Management
The Project Program Manager is a leader who can drive teams to execute in ambiguous challenging environments with minimal oversight. While having a strategic view the ideal candidate should also be tactical and detail driven with the ability to clearly communicate both horizontally and vertically as necessary.
The Project Program Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the program/projects assigned to include the following;
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Partner with assigned teams to build out project plan to include identification of workstream deliverables owners and delivery timing
Coordinate project meetings document project status reporting and other relevant project manager duties
Develop or participate in the creation of project documentation
Ensure action items risks issues and dependencies are identified and properly documented
Coordinate the development of go-to-green and/or mitigation plans in partnership with assigned teams
Establish communicate and maintain schedules and/or trackers for all phases of the assigned program
Manage high-level milestone plans as necessary for stakeholder audiences
Communicate progress risks expectations timelines milestones and other key project to team and key stakeholders
Perform additional project tasks/activities as assigned

Base Pay Range: $38.07/hr - $53.18/hr

Actual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic location.
