$37843 -$40845.19
Basic Function:
To assist in the coordination of a designated educational or student service program. Reports to designated supervisor.
Additional Basic Function if applicable:
Examples of Duties:
Duties/essential functions may include but not be limited to the following:
Assist in the coordination of a designated educational program; may be responsible for a component of a program or assist in providing support to the entire program.
Prepare and/or develop program/course materials and distribution of materials to appropriate parties.
Provide information regarding designated program to students and faculty.
Prepare and maintain mandatory program documentation and records.
Participate in meetings conferences or special activities.
Collaborate with schools departments colleges faculty members etc. regarding program(s).
May supervise students and/or provide functional guidance of support staff or other employees who work on a project or assignment on a temporary or intermittent basis.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Additional Examples of Duties if applicable:
Scholarship administrative support
Support progression outreach (e.g. undergraduate: NPC Advanced standing student teaching checks; graduate: movement through program)
Support Admission work (i.e. follow up with grad students on applications)
Student Success administrative support
Organization of data and outreach academic success (midterm NF/SF early alert)
Outreach for non-enrolled students
Process change-of-major (graduate and undergraduate)
Support graduate graduation and other administrative work
Create/maintain forms (e.g. Dynamic forms)
Maintain listservs
Provide centralized phone/email support
May serve on committees or working groups;
Other administrative tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related field and three months of related experience or a combination of education training and experience equivalent to five years of related experience.
License/Certification:
Knowledge Of:
Personal computer applications
Skill In:
Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability To:
Work independently and as part of a team
