CityScapeWhat youll do:
As a Market Executive youll be in a top-level leadership position responsible for building and leading a Healthcare specific commercial and industrial vertical. The Market Executive and team will partner with internal resources to deliver strategic integrated financial advice and solutions to Healthcare companies with $25 million to $250 million in annual revenues throughout a geographic market. Responsible for supporting the Deputy Chief Banking Officer in developing and executing the Banks strategic plan with specific focus of leading the efforts to grow the loan and deposit portfolio of the assign geography or business line. Youll be measured on your teams success in meeting sales objectives portfolio health and management of market dynamics.- Establish the parameters for the various teams regarding transaction pitches and negotiation of term sheets. Oversee the credit structuring development process customer assessment and presentation to senior and divisional loan committees.
- Responsible for the groups success in managing portfolio health and the teams efforts to pro-actively address deteriorating loan performance mitigating risk from market developments complications in service delivery and product adoption.
- Foster strong healthy working relationships with executive and senior leaders in partner departments (including Credit Administration Risk Management/Compliance Loan Administration and other internal support departments and third-party services) and facilitates teams contribution to and compliance with technical processes and requirements risk mitigation efficiency and customer service.
- Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring coaching performance management training and development.
What youll need:
- 15 years of related experience.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
- Previous leadership experience required.
- Expert knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations loan administration treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Expert knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
- Expert knowledge of commercial credit and loan structuring pricing dynamics and has market specific awareness.
- Expert speaking and writing communication skills.
- May require up to 50% travel.
