1:1 Clinic Aide @ Health Services
(Internal employees: Set to your account to internal before applying at Purpose: Work under the immediate guidance and direction of a licensed registered nurse to maintain routine clinic records provide minor first aid care and conduct health screenings. Education/Certification: Special Knowledge/Skills: Experience: Performance of this position will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Boards policy on evaluation of Instructional Paraprofessional Personnel. Tools/Equipment Used: Standard medical clinic equipment such as blood pressure monitor audiometer glucometer AED titmus machine and suction machine; special needs adaptive equipment; standard office equipment including computer and peripherals Posture: Frequent standing sitting kneeling/squatting bending/stooping pushing pulling and twisting Motion: Frequent walking grasping/squeezing wrist flexion/extension Lifting: Moderate lifting and carrying (up to 15 pounds); May require regular heavy lifting (45 pounds or more) and position of students with physical disabilities; controlling behavior through physical restraint assisting non-ambulatory students Environment: Exposure to biological hazards bacteria and communicable diseases Mental Demands: Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress This document describes the general purpose and responsibilities assigned to this job and is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and duties that may be assigned or skills that may be required. Calendar Days:190 Pay Grade: ISP1 2025-2026 Salary Range Min. $22901 Mid. $26756 Max. $30610(Based on previous experience) Salaries are determined by the number of completed and eligible years of service at an accredited school.
