We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Ability to obtain
Shift: Day Shift Full-Time (Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM)

Summary:

Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities include gathering maintaining formatting compiling and analyzing technical data such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes.
Produces engineering documentation reports and drawings (flow charts block diagrams schematics).
Performs detailed calculations using established formulas conducts preliminary data analyses and makes quantitative assessments of technical data.
Utilizes a personal computer for analyses and documentation development.
May conduct tests and record data to support engineering evaluations or analyses.

Requirements:

Ability to obtain security clearance
Associate s Degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering Technology or Avionics discipline required
6 months military training and/or combined experience in the electronics field
Combined degree and experience preferred
Ability to read engineering drawings (1 2 years experience)
Data acquisition experience (1 2 years)
Electronic testing experience (1 2 years)
Ability to read electrical schematics (1 2 years)
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Test fixture maintenance experience
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
