Job Description

Position Overview

As an Audit Lead you will be within PNCs Internal Audit organization supporting the Fraud Audit team. This position is primarily based in a location within PNCs footprint. Preferred locations are listed in this requisition. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
Demonstrated knowledge of Fraud related risks and a solid business understanding of application of these risks within a large financial institution. Knowledge of key business segments including retail banking capital markets etc.
Plan perform and lead Fraud audits at the enterprise level as well as other diverse lines of business and specialty areas
Design and perform audit procedures including identifying and defining issues reviewing and analyzing evidence and documenting processes
Demonstrated knowledge of financial products and services including:
Digital Payments (P2P / peer-to-peer) (Zelle Wires ACH Mobile/Online Banking)
Cards (Debit/Credit)
New Accounts (Provisioning Account Opening Authorization and Authentication)
Lending (Credit Line Loan Disbursement)
Broad understanding of federal and state regulations and laws regarding fraud-related issues
Ability to evaluate policies programs and other enterprise-wide efforts designed to prevent detect identify and resolve fraudulent activity by customers and fraudsters attempting to defraud PNC and its customers

Preferred Skills & Experience
Audit Risk or Compliance experience in Financial Institutions
Audit / Assurance or operational experience in large scale enterprise environment / financial institution
Reviewing the work performed by their team including coaching team members
Ability to successfully communicate to influence management and lead change on both strategic and tactical initiatives.
Strong understanding of technology general controls and other financial product controls
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA

Job Description

  • Manages financial compliance and/or operational audit reviews including the evaluation of design and operating effectiveness of internal controls to mitigate risks; possesses data literacy/visualization to perform data analysis; prepares work papers to support complex or higher-risk-associated audit assignments with the ability to convey information in a clear concise and accurate manner; demonstrates clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation.
  • Detail reviews the work of others to ensure the quality and accuracy of audits analysis and conclusions; identifies communicates and dispositions audit findings and recommendations.
  • Applies professional judgment and skepticism to reach logical timely productive and risk-based decisions; assists in drafting internal audit deliverables for/to stakeholders.
  • Applies internal audit procedures and practices inclusive of dynamic audit principles to organize around the delivery of a project; manages effective and timely delivery of the organizations mission and service; develops and maintains productive consultative and collaborative client and team relationships.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to professional development and continuous improvement by seeking feedback embracing change and showing persistence in acquiring knowledge and skills.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $55000.00 $139150.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location market data and on individual skills experience and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company business and/or individual performance.
